The BEO Masters Programme – a unique international competition for the ambitious high school students of today and the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Inspired by MBA programs, the Masters will equip students with the skills and knowledge they will need to build successful careers, achieve business success and reach their full potential in the business world of the future.

Teams of bright, creative and confident high school students, from all over the world, are selected to come to the UK for an intensive two weeks at Easter or in the summer. Their challenge will be to design an innovative new business product or service, create the accompanying business plan and then present it to a panel of guest entrepreneur judges, who after careful consideration, will select the winning team.

Also included in the programme are visits to the capital of the global business world: London and the beautiful university cities of Oxford or Cambridge, as well as a visit to the Bank of England and a hands-on tour of a real business. Students will also attend a series of business and career-related talks by guest speakers, all successful entrepreneurs themselves, to come and speak to the students.
